Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for service requests, incidents, and escalations.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of infrastructure and data center issues.
- Support data center operations including rack & stack, cabling, server installation, replacement, and coordination with DC providers.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, OEMs, and vendors for issue resolution and changes.
- Handle incident, change, and service request management.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and customer updates.
- Ensure smooth delivery of managed services and infrastructure support.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2–4 years’ experience in Service Delivery, Operations, or Support within a System Integrator, ICT, or Data Center environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of servers, networking, storage, and data center operations.
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work as per weekly roster.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients for IT infrastructure solutions such as servers, networking, cloud, storage, cyber-security, backup, and data center services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, partner databases and various other campaigns.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the field sales or technical sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure or hand off.
- Work closely with Pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to align customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales in System Integrator Company.
- Strong communication and experience selling or supporting B2B IT services.
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities and customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, cloud, virtualization, storage, cybersecurity).
- Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Dell, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Arista etc.

- Perform Rack Mounting of Servers, installation of Network equipment, Cabling, Testing and Monitor network usage in various Data Centers.
- Trouble-shoot and fix IT Infrastructure (Server, Network etc).
- Lead the team by Structure cabling to align the cables neatly with in the RACK.
- Independently or work-alongside senior Engineers in Singapore / India
- Provide day to day network and systems support in Data centers & customer offices.
- Provide remote support to clients, patching network cables, new rack Installation and Servers basic configuration.
- Perform onsite and remote preventive maintenance to ensure all network systems performance availability and reliability.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Maintain and extend expertise in applicable areas of network and software technologies.
- Work on Timing protocols like PTP/NTP and Financial Trading Hardware.
- Work on Arista/Cisco/Lenovo/HPE/Safran/Meinberg/AMD vendor products.
- Ideal candidates must have hands on experience on Servers hardware, Networking Hardware.
- Experienced on Arista/Cisco/Lenovo/HPE/Safran/Meinberg/AMD vendor products.
- Must have working knowledge in Financial Trading Hardware.
- Min 5 Years operational support experience in large enterprise Data center environments.
- Flexible to work according to the roaster and provide 24/7 support when needed.
- Should be physically fit and experienced to work at height up to three (3) meters.
- Minimum 5 year of relevant experience is required and CCNA certification.
- Good communication in English and Client servicing skills are important.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, and acquire new clients Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing clients.
- Analyse the market trends, clients, brand’s position and strategies for Business growth.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders (cross functional teams, technical teams, clients, etc.)
- Attend partner events, accompany Sales Head with client visits, follow-up and nurture leads.
- Learn and Sell Products, Services and Solutions offered by Dell, HP, CISCO, Arista, Juniper.
- Sell IT Infrastructure Products (Servers, Networking Equipment, Security, Storage), Services & solutions.
- Interact directly with clients for status update and Process ‘Renewals’ (Licenses, Contracts) by liaising.
- University / College degree with IT/ Sales/ Marketing as Major subject.
- Relevant experience in selling Products related to Computer Hardware, Networking, Servers.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience in System Integration Companies / ICT Industry is required.
- Able to Work with a sense of urgency and multi-tasking, in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hunger to learn and grow, work in a fast paced environment, pay attention to details.
- Must be a Natural negotiator, a team player with Strong work ethics, positive attitude.
