Responsibilities:

  • Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services.
  • Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to co-location, connectivity, and network products and services.
  • Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems.
  • Install, deploy IT and network hardware and manage tickets from end to end.
  • Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths.
  • Support maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and break-fix works.
  • Perform Data Center hardware, inventory audits
  • Process incoming shipment, label packages, and maintaining designated storage.
  • Perform administrative and Services work Independently without supervision.

Desired Profile:

  • Have computer components and basic troubleshooting (A+ and N+ certifications).
  • Have a valid CCNA certification (Preferable but not required).
  • Have at least One (1) year of relevant work experience in Networking and Cabling.
  • Have experience stacking and racking servers to a power source.
  • Be able to work  on servers, routers, and switches.
  • Have basic knowledge of cable management.
  • Must be able to lift 55lbs (25kg) servers/network equipment.
  • Must be good with Japanese/English communication skills.
  • Must have valid Japanese driving License and be able to drive between sites.
  • Must have valid Visa ( with full Working rights in Japan).
