About the Role 

We’re looking for a versatile and people-centric professional to join SP Sysnet as a People & Brand Experience Executive. This unique role bridges internal employee engagement and external brand coordination, playing a key role in fostering a great workplace culture while projecting our identity to the world. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive employee engagement, experience & Internal Culture, well-being, and morale initiatives.
  • Plan and execute team events, wellness programs, and celebration milestones. 
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to improve internal experience. 
  • Coordinate internal communications like newsletters and announcements.
  • Support on-boarding and internal brand training for new hires. 
  • External Branding & Coordination 
  • Act as a liaison with external branding, marketing, and creative agencies. 
  • Coordinate production of brand assets: brochures, videos, social content. 
  • Manage branding timelines, vendor deliverables, and approvals. 
  • Support employer branding efforts via LinkedIn and recruitment marketing. 
  • Ensure alignment between internal culture and external communications. 

Qualifications 

Must-Have: 

  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Employer branding, Marketing and Internal Communication. 
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and company storytelling.

Good-to-Have: 

  • Prior experience working with creative agencies or brand consultants. 
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or basic design platforms.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn or employer branding campaigns.
