Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for service requests, incidents, and escalations.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of infrastructure and data center issues.
- Support data center operations including rack & stack, cabling, server installation, replacement, and coordination with DC providers.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, OEMs, and vendors for issue resolution and changes.
- Handle incident, change, and service request management.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and customer updates.
- Ensure smooth delivery of managed services and infrastructure support.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2–4 years’ experience in Service Delivery, Operations, or Support within a System Integrator, ICT, or Data Center environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of servers, networking, storage, and data center operations.
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work as per weekly roster.
